地域のための、憩いの落花生の森

じーまーみ豆腐専門店『花商』さまの工場併設カフェをデザインしました。
じーまーみ（落花生）のモチーフを店内の様々な場所に取り入れた、絵本のような憩いの空間をご提案いたしました。花商さまのファンや近隣の地元のお客様をターゲットに、忙しい日常を過ごす地域の方々のための空間です。将来的には、様々な世代がじーまーみ（落花生）を通じて交流する場所になることを目指します。

店内全体に植栽をディスプレイしながら明るい雰囲気に仕上げることで、どなたでも親しみやすいナチュラルで心地いい空間を目指しました。窓辺にも植栽をディスプレイし、車道やモノレールの利用者の目を引きます。
加えて、落ち着いた色調の家具や小物を取り入れながら、花商さまの永年にわたる「老舗」の雰囲気も醸し出しています。

併設するじーまーみ豆腐ファクトリーは、できたてのじーまーみ豆腐を食べながら製造過程を近くで見ることができます。
カフェにお立ち寄りの際は、ぜひ隠れたじーまーみ（落花生）を見つけてみてください！

 

We designed a café attached to the factory of "Hanasho," a specialty store of jimami tofu.
We proposed a storybook-like space for relaxation, incorporating motifs of jimami (peanuts) in various places in the store. Targeting fans of the flower merchant and local customers in the neighborhood, the space is for local people who spend their busy daily lives in the area. In the future, we aim to create a place where various generations can interact with each other through jimami (peanuts).

By creating a bright atmosphere with plant displays throughout the store, we aimed to create a natural and comfortable space that is friendly to everyone. Plants are also displayed in the windows to attract the attention of people using the roadway and monorail.
In addition, the use of subdued furniture and accessories creates an atmosphere of a long-established flower shop.

The Jima-Mi Tofu Factory is attached to the café, where visitors can enjoy freshly made Jima-Mi Tofu and observe the production process up close.
When you stop by the café, be sure to find the hidden jimami (peanut)!
