民泊事情としてフォトジェニックな写真が撮れる空間づくりは集客をするうえで重要なポイントとなります。宿泊したお客様のSNSによる宣伝効果も期待されます。
リピーターのお客様も毎回新鮮な気持ちで宿泊が出来るよう、1フロアに間取りの違う３部屋を造り、部屋別でアクセントカラーを変えたご提案をさせて頂きました。

In the private accommodations situation, creating a space where photogenic photos can be taken is an important point in attracting guests. It is also expected to generate publicity through social networking services by guests who have stayed at the guesthouse.
We proposed to create three rooms with different layouts on one floor, with different accent colors for each room, so that repeat guests can stay with a fresh feeling each time.
