太陽と満月のエネルギーによるサンゴの産卵

昼と夜、一つの空間で２業態のオペレーションを行う飲食店。
２業態の共通理念である「晴れ」に着目し、沖縄の力強い太陽と澄み渡る満月の夜をイメージしてコンセプトを設定しました。

沖縄の海は、力強い太陽からの生命エネルギーがたくさん降り注ぎ、満月の時期になると海の中ではサンゴたちが産卵を始めます。

太陽のエネルギーを演出するために、壁面を左官アートでダイナミックに創作することでエネルギーの流れを表現しました。左官アートには琉球ガラスの粒を混ぜ込んだり埋め込んだりすることでサンゴの産卵を表現しました。

2業態に合わせて店舗の照明の明るさを変えることで、躍動感ある左官アートと琉球ガラスが全く違った表情を見せ、昼と夜で二つの顔を持つ店舗空間になりました。

 

昼の店名「ホホバレ」〔和牛ステーキとフカヒレらーめん〕
～業態コンセプト～ 頬が膨らむほど口いっぱいに幸福を詰め込んで 晴れやかな笑顔になっていただきたい。

夜の店名「Amahare～あまはれ」〔会員制シャンパーニュバー〕
～業態コンセプト～ ｛雨がやんで晴れること｝ 雨の日も晴れの日もかわらずお客様をお迎えいたします。

 

A restaurant that operates two types of businesses in one space, one for daytime and the other for nighttime.
Focusing on the common philosophy of the two businesses, "clear skies," the concept was set up with the image of Okinawa's powerful sun and clear nights with a full moon.

The ocean of Okinawa is filled with life energy from the powerful sun, and at the time of the full moon, corals begin to spawn in the ocean.

To produce the energy of the sun, we expressed the flow of energy by creating a dynamic plaster artwork on the wall. The plastering art is mixed and embedded with Ryukyu glass grains to express the spawning of coral.

By changing the brightness of the lighting in the store to match the two types of businesses, the dynamic plaster art and Ryukyu glass create a completely different look, creating a store space with two faces, one for daytime and one for nighttime.

Ａ：コンセプションデザインの店舗が素晴らしく、プロとしてのご提案が素晴らしかったから。自分たちでは思いつかないようなデザインやコンセプトのご提案に心打たれました。言葉足らずな素人の私たちから、イメージを引き出して下さるヒアリング力が素晴らしく、結果的に想像以上のご提案を下さるプロフェッショナルな姿勢に大変感銘を受けました。

　

Q5.また機会があれば弊社に依頼したいですか？　

Ａ：是非お願いしたいです。ご来店者様からは「どこのデザイナーさんにお願いしたの？紹介してほしい」と、何度も聞かれました。次回は、ホテルのデザインをお願いしたいと考えています。沖縄らしさと伝統を再発見できる大人のリゾート、国籍や年齢に関わらず生涯に渡り利用できるユニバーサルデザインの客室を理想としています。もう、コンセプションさんのデザイン以外は考えられません。

Ａ：大満足

・創造を超えた素晴らしいコンセプトの左官アート
　芸術的な左官アートに琉球ガラスを散りばめ、サンゴの産卵に見立てたデザインはとても幻想的な雰囲気になりました。

・2店舗営業を実現する照明演出
　昼間はステーキハウス、夜はシャンパーニュバーの２業態営業を計画していたため、デザインの段階から、全く違うお店に見えるよう照明演出にはこだわっていただきました。店舗完成後も納得できるまで何度も調整してくださり、完璧な状態になるまでお付き合いくださいました。

・建築だけでなくリアルな店舗運営を考えたトータルコーディネート
　店舗デザインという垣根を越えて、飲食店経営に必要な業者様もたくさんご紹介くださいました。最高音質のオーディオや、　オゾン発生機、フラワーショップ、など。新天地での開業だった為、お付き合いのある業者様が少なく大変助かりました。

Q1. What was the reason for the remodeling?　
A: To open a new store.
　
Q2. What were you worried about before deciding on Conception?　
A: Whether or not we could find a designer who would match our image and whether or not we would be satisfied with the finished product.
　
Q3: How did you find out about Conception?
A: Conception's website.
　
Q4. What made you decide on Conception?
A: Because Conception Design's store was wonderful and their professional suggestions were excellent. We were struck by their proposals for designs and concepts that we could not have come up with on our own. We were very impressed by the professionalism of the firm's ability to elicit images from us amateurs with limited words, and the resulting proposals exceeded what we had imagined.
　
Q5: Would you like to work with us again if you have the opportunity?　
A: We would very much like to ask for your help. Our visitors have asked us many times, "Which designer did you ask? We were asked many times, "I want you to introduce us. Next time, we would like to ask you to design our hotel. Our ideal is a resort for adults where they can rediscover Okinawa's uniqueness and traditions, and universally designed guest rooms that can be used throughout their lives regardless of nationality or age. I can no longer think of anything else but Conception's design.
　
Q6. Did you achieve your ideal space after working with Conception?
A: We are very satisfied!
A: Plastering art with a wonderful concept that goes beyond creation.
　The artistic plastering art and Ryukyu glass scattered throughout the design, which resembles coral spawning, created a very fantastic atmosphere.

Lighting direction to realize a two-store operation
　Since the restaurant was planned to operate as a steakhouse during the day and a champagne bar at night, the lighting was carefully selected from the design stage to make it look like two completely different restaurants. Even after the completion of the store, the client made numerous adjustments until he was satisfied with the store, and worked with us until it was perfect.

Total coordination that considers not only architecture but also realistic store operations
　Beyond the boundaries of store design, they also introduced us to many vendors necessary for restaurant management. They introduced us to the best sound quality audio equipment, ozone generators, flower stores, and so on. We were very grateful for their help, as we were opening a new restaurant in a new place and had few suppliers with whom we had a relationship.
