ヌーベルシノ和　～禅を感じられる日本式中華料理店～

古来より「禅」は、インドで始まり中国から日本に伝わり、そして世界へと広がりました。生まれながらにして持つ「本来の自分」に立ち返ることを目指す思想です。

そして、「わびさび」は、日本の美意識の一つです。貧粗・不足の中に心の充足を見出そうとする意識であり、閑寂のなかに奥深い物や豊かなものがおのずと感じられる美しさの事ととらえます。

 

これらを踏まえ、子育てを終えた40代から60代の夫婦をメインターゲットに、これまでの人生とは違った第二の人生を歩むうえで「本来の自分」に立ち返るきっかけになる空間デザインを目指しました。

コンセプトの軸である「禅」をキーワードに、瞑想の場として造られた枯山水をモチーフに取り入れた情緒ある落ち着いた空間です。

枯山水は、石や砂の配置や組み合わせから様々な風景を表現し、自然と向き合い、自らの存在と一体化することで無になり自分を見出す境地に立とうとする目的があります。

そんな枯山水と中華のエッセンスを融合させることで、食事を通してこれからの人生を見つめ直すことができるオリジナリティある空間となっています。

Since ancient times, Zen has been practiced in India, spread from China to Japan, and then to the rest of the world.
Zen" is a philosophy that aims to return to one's innate self.

Wabi-sabi" is one of the Japanese aesthetic senses. Wabi-sabi is the awareness of finding spiritual fulfillment in poverty and scarcity, and the beauty of deep and rich things that are naturally felt in a quiet and tranquil environment.

Based on these ideas, we aimed to design a space that would provide an opportunity for couples in their 40s to 60s, who have finished raising their children, to return to their "true selves" as they embark on a second life that is different from the one they have led up to now.

With "Zen" as the key word, the axis of the concept, we created an emotional and serene atmosphere, incorporating the motif of a karesansui (dry landscape garden), which was created as a place for meditation.

Karesansui expresses various landscapes through the arrangement and combination of stones and sand, with the purpose of facing nature and becoming one with one's own existence to reach a state of nothingness and self-discovery.

By combining the essence of Karesansui and Chinese cuisine, we have created an original space where you can rethink your future life through a meal.
